Day rate for room only: £50 per night A miimum of two nights stay.

2 WEEKS £575
Luxury towels and bed linen are provided. Replacement towels and linen are available on request.
A light breakfast for two of orange juice, milk, cereal, small loaf, marmalade or jam can be supplied for an additional charge of £10.
Additional breakfast items can be supplied if requested the day before, and will be charged for at cost. e.g. bacon ,eggs, sausage, mushroom, tomatoes.
A sofa bed is available for up to two additional guests. A one off charge of £10 is made to cover costs.
BOOKINGS
A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure advanced bookings (for those booking more than 2 weeks ahead).
During peak holiday times we may apply a 1 week minimum booking.
PAYMENT
We regret that as yet we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards. Payment can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfer or PayPal. Payment by credit card can be made with PayPal. The 25% deposit for advance bookings is payable on booking, with the balance payable on arrival.
CANCELLATIONS
No Charge is made for cancellations more than two weeks in advance.
Cancellations within 2 weeks will be charged at 25% (your deposit). If we can re-let then your deposit will be refunded in full and no charge made. Every effort will be made to find another booking, however if we are unable to re-let we need to cover some of our loss.
RESTRICTIONS
For the comfort of other guests there is a strict No Smoking policy in the apartment and in the surrounding woodland where there is a fire risk and smoking is therefore prohibited. We also regret that due to the open nature of the site that it is not suitable for mobile children under 12 years old for safety reasons. for similar reasons Pets (other than guide dogs) are not permitted. The apartment is reached by a flight of 12 stairs and may be unsuited to persons with mobility difficulties. If we can help we will, so please ask us if you have specific requirements.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Where possible we ask guests to check in between 14:00 and 20:00 and to check-out before 11:00. If this is not convenient then please make alternative arrangements with us.
